Baby born with help of officer

A policeman helped deliver a healthy baby boy after taking instructions on his mobile phone from medics who were stuck in heavy snow.
“The ambulance service called me and told me what medicine to give her to relieve her pain”, the 25-year-old Dorin Parsoaga said.
A doctor eventually arrived at the home in the Poienei region which was one of the areas worst hit by the heavy snowfalls which blanketed southern Romania.
